Status Staffing is recruiting an experienced Branch Manager for a client based in Alrode, Alberton. The successful candidate will oversee branch operations, manage staff, maintain client relationships and make sure service delivery stays strong.

What the role involves
- Overseeing daily branch operations and keeping the branch professional, clean and welcoming.
- Managing reception, telephone calls, client assistance, consumables and printing facilities.
- Maintaining accurate records, FICA compliance and contracts.
- Capturing quotations, contracts and customer interactions accurately on Sage Evolution.
- Driving sales of units, parking, office and warehouse space and working towards occupancy targets.
- Converting incoming leads and upselling available service packages.
- Handling new, existing and exiting clients professionally.
- Maintaining high service standards and resolving client concerns.
- Coordinating maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, painting and signage.
- Making sure electric fencing, alarms, access control and cameras are operational.
- Supervising branch staff and monitoring performance.
What you will need
- 2 to 3 years' relevant work experience.
- Previous management experience would be advantageous.
- Matric certificate and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Computer literate with MS Office and Sage proficiency.
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- A recent professional profile photo must accompany your application.
