About the role
Lead the store team and take responsibility for sales, customer service, stock control, costs, administration and store standards.

Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Good English communication.
- Relevant business/retail qualification advantageous.
- Ideally 1-2 years’ retail leadership experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and retail hours.

Main duties
- Drive sales.
- Provide good customer service.
- Maintain store standards.
- Control stock and stock losses.
- Manage costs and administration.
- Lead, train and coach staff.
- Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.

Additional: Internal Development Pool candidates are preferred; PEP employment-equity guidelines apply.
