About the opportunity
AVBOB is offering a 12-month Business Administration Learnership Programme (NQF Level 4) within its Member Rewards division for unemployed individuals.

The programme is an opportunity for candidates with the potential, determination and commitment to develop a career in the insurance industry.

A monthly stipend/allowance will be paid to the learner for the duration of the learnership.

Requirements

Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have a valid Matric certificate with English and Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy or Accounting.
- Have not previously attended a learnership.
- Not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Be willing to work at the relevant AVBOB office/branch.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone and/or laptop – this would be an advantage.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have computer skills, including MS Office, email and internet.
- Be able to work independently and show initiative.

Important information
AVBOB reserves the right to determine the placement of the learner.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified individuals from previously disadvantaged groups.
