What the role involves
- Setting and driving the group's marketing strategy and strengthening the Regal brand.
- Managing the marketing budget and measuring how well campaigns perform.
- Gathering market intelligence and running campaigns.
- Overseeing digital marketing and communications.
- Looking after the company website and e-commerce activity.
- Managing the design studio and its creative output.
- Supporting marketing across branches and retail.
- Planning product launches and events.
- Leading, motivating and developing the marketing team.
What you will need
- A BCom degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of broad marketing experience, including time at senior management level.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong brand-management and strategic-marketing experience.
- Experience across digital marketing, website management, e-commerce and integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Strong project-management, organisational, written, verbal and presentation skills.
