What the role involves
- Maintaining and improving the company's SHE management system.
- Monitoring health, safety and environmental legal compliance.
- Carrying out risk assessments, inspections and SHE audits.
- Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Tracking corrective and preventative actions.
- Coordinating SHE training, inductions and awareness programmes.
- Managing emergency preparedness, fire safety and first-aid requirements.
- Monitoring contractor safety and PPE compliance.
- Preparing SHE reports, records and management information.

What you will need
- A National Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years' relevant SHE experience.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant regulations.
- Experience with HIRA, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Strong reporting, administration and record-keeping skills.
- A recent professional profile photo must accompany your application.
