About the role
Lead the store team while managing sales, customer service, stock, costs, administration and store standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Good English communication.
- Relevant business/retail qualification advantageous.
- Ideally 1-2 years’ retail leadership experience.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and retail hours.
Main duties
- Drive sales and customer service.
- Maintain store standards.
- Manage stock and stock losses.
- Control costs.
- Complete administration.
- Lead, train and coach employees.
- Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
